Minibus, trailer & van bookings

For prices and booking conditions, please refer to our documents for download below.

In order to make a booking of our minibuses, van or trailer, please check the availability calendar below to see if the vehicle you require is available. If your chosen vehicle is available, please complete the online form below and one of our volunteers will get in touch to confirm your booking.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings with less than 2 weeks notice before the requetsed hire.

Booking process

  • Check vehicle available using calendar above
  • Check prices and terms & conditions available below
  • Submit your booking request using the form below
  • Subject to availability, a booking confirmation will be sent to you by email, typically within 7 days. Cancellation fees now apply to your booking
  • Your booking confirmation will contain details of how to submit driving licence checks and arrange a familiarisation drive, where required
  • Where possible we will try to accommodate the times and dates requested. Where this is not possible, a mutually convenient day/time will be agreed
  • Mileage and other details are recorded on the handover sheet when you collect the vehicle. The mileage will be recorded on return of the vehicle for charging purposes
  • Following your use, an invoice will be emailed to you, typically within 7 days. Payment should be made as soon as practical and within a month of use. Details of payment methods are supplied on the invoice

Once submitted, your booking will be passed to one of our volunteers, who will be in touch as soon as possible (by email if provided) to confirm your booking. Your booking confirmation will include instructions on any additional information/action required. Cancelation fees may apply once your booking has been confirmed.
